Awesome Alligator River kayak trip with guide Tiger. He was full of knowledge about the area and made the tour both fun and educational with cool stories. We only saw one alligator but it was a good one! About 5-6 feet long laying up on a grassy bank in the sun. We paddled right by him.

We had an absolutely great experience with Outer Banks Kayak Adventures! We ended up booking the Kitty Hawk Maritime Forest and Marsh Kayak tour and loved it. When we showed up we saw the tour headed out! Gavin rowed back to get us in the water and catch up to the group. We had a great time gliding down the brackish water and listening to Gavin's anecdotes. We saw a deer, a cotton mouth snake, an egret, and an osprey at its nest. Gavin informed us that an osprey (his favorite fowl) has an extra bone in its neck that keeps the bird from breaking its neck when he hunts for fish.
